You can return within 14 days of the purchase date of the item. All goods must arrive in their original, unworn condition including tags. We will not exchange or refund sale items.
The customer will be required to pay your own postage costs which are non-refundable. We recommend using tracked postage to ensure your item arrives safe and sound.

Flava does NOT offer refunds on products if you simply change your mind. We offer refunds only where items are deemed faulty and a full refund will be issued to you once we have received your shipped item. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
